The Oil and Gas Awards intends to recognize the outstanding achievements made within the Upstream, Midstream and Downstream sectors of Oil and Gas Industry. The upstream sector refers to exploration and production of crude oil and natural gas, midstream refers to the transportation and storage of crude oil and natural gas and downstream sector refers to the conversion of crude oil and natural gas into finished products. Following is the list of Northeast 2018 winners who excelled in their fields and are recognized by Oil and Gas Awards for their outstanding achievements:

The Oil and Gas Awards included 17 categories in the Northeast 2018 which are as follows along with their winners:
Award for Excellence in Corporate Social Responsibility:
The Northeast 2018 Award for Excellence in Corporate Social Responsibility was won by Chevron who works to meet the world’s growing demand for energy by exploring for oil and natural gas, refining and marketing gasoline and producing chemicals. Chevron’s work ranges from upstream exploration and production to midstream transportation and storage to downstream conversion of crude oil and natural gas.
Award for Excellence in Environmental Stewardship:
The Northeast 2018 Award for Excellence in Environmental Stewardship was won by BEG Group who offers highly qualified exceptionally valued erosion/filtration sock product. Their biobased/bio preferred erosion/filtration medium Big Switch is a flexible mesh sock filled with switchgrass that retains sediment and pollutants.
Award for Excellence in Health & Safety:
The Northeast 2018 Award for Excellence in Health & Safety was won by Deep Well Services which is one of the 88 companies to achieve API Specification Q2 Certification. It specializes in competency-based training, real-time data analytics, and hydraulic completion and workover services.
Construction Company of the Year:
The Northeast 2018 Award for Construction Company of the Year was won by Trumbull Energy Services (TES) which is the No. 1 preferred provider of oil and gas services in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio. Since its inception in 2009, the Trumbull Energy Services (TES) has completed more than $474 million of construction projects.
Consultancy of the Year:
The Northeast 2018 Award for Consultancy of the Year was won by ICF, who with over 40 years in energy sector, maintains the largest, longest-serving collection of energy and climate specialists of any comparable consultancy.
E&P; Company of the Year:
The Northeast 2018 Award for E&P; Company of the Year was won by Antero Resources which is an independent exploration and production (E&P) company, engaged in the exploitation, development and acquisition of natural gas, NGLs and oil properties and headquartered in Denver, Colorado.
Eagle Pipe Midstream Company of the Year:
The Northeast 2018 Award for the Eagle Pipe Midstream Company of the Year was won by Blue Racer Midstream which is a joint venture incepted in December 2012 to own, operate, develop and acquire midstream assets in the Utica Shale and certain adjacent areas in the Marcellus Shale. It is responsible to provide natural gas gathering, compression, dehydrating, treating, processing and transportation services and NGL fractionation and transportation services.
Engineering Company of the Year:
The Northeast 2018 Award for the Engineering Company of the Year was won by Pickering Associates who has been providing architectural, engineering and surveying to the Mid-Ohio Valley and surrounding areas since its inception in 1988. In the last nine years, the Pickering Associates has completed over 200 projects within the oil and gas industry.
General Industry Service Award:
The Northeast 2018 Award for the General Industry Service Award was won by Tenaris which is a leading supplier of tubes and related services for the world’s energy industry and certain other industrial applications.
Industry Leader:
The Northeast 2018 Award for the Industry Leader was won by Alan Laurita – Hodgson Russ who has been tirelessly working in oil and gas sector and for E&P companies.
Industry Supplier of the Year:
The Northeast 2018 Award for the Industry Supplier of the Year was won by Equipment & Controls, Inc. who specializes in process and automation solutions for the oil and gas industry, as well as manufacturing and industrial customers in the chemical, power, food and beverage, etc.
Kerr Pumps & FlowValve Award for Excellence in Well Completion:
The Northeast 2018 Award for the Kerr Pumps & FlowValve Award for Excellence in Well Completion was won by U.S. Well Services who provides hydraulic fracturing services. They are responsible to implement the Clean Feet Technology which has been effective in Marcellus & Utica.
Manufacturer of the Year:
The Northeast 2018 Award for the Manufacturer of the Year was won by Environmental Tank & Container which is a division within JWF Industries responsible for manufacturing products globally in the commercial, coal, construction, rail, defence and airline industries.
New Technology Development of the Year:
The Northeast 2018 Award for the New Technology Development of the Year was won by EnerCorp Sand Solutions which is the leading provider of production sand filtration solutions in the energy industries.
Oilfield Service Company of the Year:
The Northeast 2018 Award for the Oilfield Service Company of the Year was won by Renegade Services which has become the largest privately owned cased hole wireline company in the U.S. after its inception in 2009.
Trucking Company of the Year:
The Northeast 2018 Award for the Trucking Company of the Year was won by Simplified Rail Logistics, A division of TII Logistics, Inc which is responsible for incorporating Truck, Barge and Rail solutions as well as storage and crane & rigging solutions.
Water Management Company of the Year:
The Northeast 2018 Award for the Water Management Company of the Year was won by HydroEdge Solutions which supplies high-volume, controlled supply of water directly to destination.
