Tuna Price-Fixing Class Action Settlement Payment Amount
Under the $3.875M Tuna Price-Fixing Class Action Settlement, class members can receive a pro-rata share of the settlement fund of the Starkist and Lion Capitals as per their purchases. As per the settlement, Starkist has agreed to pay $3.6 million while the Lion Capitals LLP has agreed to pay $275,000. To receive the benefit, class members do not have any need to file the claim submission form. This applies to those who have received a postcard showing their qualifying purchase value.
